I'm the type of person who don't want to get left behind. So when I read my friend's blog about this movie we watched on some cute house at Nova, I get myself to post something related to the movie so I may be also featured on the official San Lazaro blog site. No worries, I review without spoilers!

It was an indie film, so expect spectacular cinematography and musical scoring but less effects and vague story line.Wincy Ong's humor fused with cult and fright enshrouded the plot holes of story. Nevertheless, the movie is filled with intelligent humor, clean transitions and a very indie-like ending. The movie is not for easy going, usual movie goer and normal people. If you appreciated the film, then congratulations! You must be awesome and has a high-end brain processor

Black Swan Review

It's a roller coaster ride for Nina, as she struggles with her inner self while continuously getting repercussion from her mentor, colleague and mother.

Very good casting. Everyone's perfect for their role.
Musical scoring was also good, makes my heart skip on suspense scenes.
Excellent cinematography.

Lost in AMANA!

This is the second time I had a chance to visit Pandi, Bulacan's very own Amana Waterpark. Its 13 BIG waves are still breathtaking(literally!) and its life-size character models keep on getting bigger and well themed. The management is upgrading the area with a zip line and four new pools with different sizes. HOWEVER, I may enjoy the chaotic waves, tirelessly take photos on their Justice League and Shrek's house but when will I ever get back to NLEX without getting lost first? I just shrugged the first time my company and I took a wrong turn but this second time?? Come on! I think it means something! Something like we were guided by dozens of tarpaulins when we're trying to reach the resort and get lost on our way home on a dark night. Why? I paid my entrance fee at the resort and we expect the management to pay their due tax on BIR that, in the long run,  will be the fund of their ciudad or barangay. Then why don't they use a little of that fund with a dozens of guide tarps along the road going to NLEX? Even a chunk of plywood and red paint will do. As long as their visitor can get to NLEX without having to detour first at Bocaue. I'm looking forward to this signage. I will be more than glad to look at it rather than a politician face on tarpaulins.

Bob Ong's satirical contents are as sharp as ever. Pointing fact by fact the reality that our society is in deep shit; shouting the truth about mass media and its idealism to make its viewers more stupid and gullible. Though I think it lacks the comedy, or I daresay the humor is forced.

Green Tee Update: Beautiful Disaster

PaulKristian "The Paulmeister"  has released his latest single Beautiful Disaster on his Tumblr, March 2, 2012. This update is still hot from the oven.      

The single could be a soundtrack to James Bond movies! I felt like I'm in a yacht at the Caribbean blue sea, hand fighting while in bikini (hahahahaha) then the scene will change, I'll be at Morocco chased by cars while Beautiful Disaster is on background playing. How's that?
