So the ever mighty Rosh Paulo did not only took the spotlight as a band vocalist (that was ages ago) but also as an indie artist and a record producer. The multi-talented head of Green Tee Records is now a disc jockey at Party 934, 94.9FM Hudson Valley NY. No worries for not New Yorkers because it will have a live streaming at www.party934.com!

Green Tee Records Update

Yesterday, I went to Green Tee Studio to fetch The Calcul8n album. And I heard good news from Rosh Paulo himself. Though I'm not gonna share it with you guys. It's still on the process so we don't wanna tell and jinx it.

The Last Goodbye. NU107 :: Signed Off

I wrote this blog last night Nov. 7, 2010 around 11:50pm-12:00am and I'm supposed to post it at that same time but my wap connection was bitching with me. I'm going to post this even it's kinda late just to express my gratitude towards NU107. Here it goes:

This is the saddest night for one reason: Tonight is the last night of the only station I know by heart - NU107. I may have listened to them for only 8 years and intermittently but NU is the lone reason I, once in a while, listens to radio. The station has been with me in my numerous insomnia nights and comfort my emoness with those nonstop rock and roll music. I wrote every playlist and stairway to seven that I got chance to listen to in my spare high school notebook with doodles of my crushes' names side to side with jocks' names. And now, as I currently write this I am listening to Eraserheads' "Ang Huling El Bimbo" - the very last song NU played. I am almost crying and goose fleshing all over my body while Cris is signing off.

It is really a home; not just NU rock but also by people who knows how to rock. It is every one of us's comfort zone amidst those pop themed radio stations. I'm grateful that for many times, they effingly entertain me whenever I'm bored, lonely, happy, inspired and whatever. Thank you NU, you're now a legend and icon - not a living legend and icon like before though. Twenty-three years had gone so fast and now it's time to say bye-bye and like what NU jocks are always telling, music lives on! NU is forever in every fan's mind and heart!

Salt Movie Thoughts

Salt (2010) - IMDb

I guess I put up my expectation so high that after seeing the movie I said aloud "That's it?" Or maybe I'm just not in the mood or because the audio's not clear. I dunno but it didn't get in my nerves (in a good way) like what I felt with Hitman and Underworld and other good movies I saw.

It's hard to discern if I like it because of the movie itself or just because I love Angelina Jolie. What I'm sure is the stunts are superb! And knowing Angie did those herself! However, on the first part of the movie I've already guessed the story twist. I should have liked the story because I'm a big fan of spy movies and  like what I said earlier, it didn't struck me as hell.

I'll give it 3.5 stars and 0.5 for the stunts so that'll be 4 stars

And a comment of That's it? (I'm craving for more!)

Green Tee Records Update

Green Tee artists like Rosh Paulo, Paul Kristian, Nasty Mao (who's currently having her soul searching period 'til unknown time), Fatz Chua and others welcomes the newest addition to the family - Cohen.

Cohen also known as The Calcul8n (read as Calculation and not Calculaten) debuts himself from Rosh Paulo's mind last Nov. 5, 2010 at Tumblr and Twitter. He's the alter ego of sorts like what he claimed in his Tumblr. And ladies please, don't be fooled by his British accent! Catch your panties!

November 3, 2010. Paul Kristian posted online his latest at Tumblr. Hear it here! Alongside, he posted new design of his Heroes album art.

On the other side, the rumors spreading that Fatz Chua started her recording is majorly doubted since she is busy reviewing to top the board exam.

And don't ask about Nasty Mao. She's in far away land not hybernating but actually soul searching.

The Social Network Movie Review

The Social Network (2010) - IMDb

I have read movie review about this movie and half of them said "boring and all talks", 1/3 said it's a great movie and the remaining said the movie is just in between. Of course, I watch the movie to see it myself!

And...

I found it, actually, amusing and not boring at all. Unlike what I expected! The fast pacing made the whole talking scene lively to watch. The scoring is great. What else? I love the ending! But, for me, it's not recommendable to watch. Especially on cinemas.

I'll give it 4 stars

And a comment of wow.
